Cancellation Policy.
There is a 7 or 14 day cancellation policy, depending
upon the time of the year and the number of rooms
reserved.
Groups may have other cancellation time
frames.
Cancellations made at least 7 or 14 days
in advance of your scheduled arrival will result in no
charges. If you cancel your reservation within 7 or 14
days of your scheduled arrival, then you will be charged
for all rooms nights reserved, unless we can re-sell the
rooms nights to someone else.
Check-in
Check-in time is normally between 3pm-10pm.
This is to allow us time to properly
prepare the guest rooms after the prior guests depart.
If you would like to arrive before 3.p.m
you must notify us in advance, or risk that no one will
be available to assist you, If you think that you will
be arriving after 10.p.m then please notify us.
Check-out
Check-out time is normally 10.30a.m. You may however,
leave luggage with us in the lounge area if catching
a later ferry.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside.
Guests are welcome to smoke anywhere
outside. Please discard using our sand pot at the front
of house.
Payment Methods
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Apart from American express.
Pets
Pets are very welcome with the understanding that the
owners are responsible for their pets behaviour.
