Caledonian Macbrayne (CalMac) Ferry Time Table All the ferry links
to and from the Isle of Mull are run by CalMac
Ferries. The main ferry is from the port of Oban on the
mainland to Craignure (a few minutes walk from Pennygate),
there is another ferry from Loch Aline on the Morvern
mainland to Fishnish which is about 15 minutes away from
Pennygate lodge by Car. There is also a Ferry from the
Ardnamurachan Peninsula to Tobermory 40 minutes away.
Trips to Staffa and Fingal's Cave
In good weather a trip to see Fingal's cave on the Island of
Staffa makes a great day trip from our Guest House. this can
also be combined with a trip to see Iona Abbey on the same
day.
Bowman's Busses
Our lodge is the ideal place to stay if you come to Mull
without a car because of our close proximity to the Ferry
Terminal and we can also pick up our guests and their
luggage when their ferry arrives. Getting around Mull is
also easy when armed with the timetable for Bowmans.
